Artica had been commissioned to design and build a loft in the prestigious neighbourhood of Dubai, the Jumeriah Beach Residence. The design brief was to create a living space of semi contemporary style. As such, the design was evolved using the contemporary materials complemented with some of the classical signature elements thereby resulting in a very upmarket space. The overall project was executed in the highest standard to meeting the clients specific requirements resulting in a quality finished product in the midst of a luxurious neighbourhood.

This is a design and build project in the prestigious Jumeriah Beach Residence in Dubai. The client’s brief was to turn the existing shell & core loft into a very contemporary living space fitted with the latest FF&E. The overall design was therefore centredaround creating a very upscale space meeting the client’s expectations. The project was thus designed meticulously and built diligently resulting in a marvellous living space.

Private villa renovation. The work was centered around creating a very upscale living space. We worked on multiple room concepts while keeping the common areas of the villa uniform.The focus on the renovation was to cater to the new and evolving family demands and requirements.

The overall work required a very thorough analysis in order to solve the functionality and utility of the villa space. Furthermore, we worked on solving all related technical issues.
