Artica was commissioned to fit-out this fine dining restaurant in the Dubai Festival City which was concept designed by a famous Lebanese restaurant designer Bureau Antoine Tabet. Artica had thus embarked on developing the detailed working drawings, selection of materials, custom making many of the design features. All the lighting chandeliers, lighted mashrabia patterns, and furniture were custom made keeping the original design intent intact. The overall project was thoroughly planned and executed to the minute detail resulting in a very signature restaurant.

 Artica was commissioned to fit-out the Chocolate Bar restaurant in the Mirdif City Centre of Dubai. This is a franchise American restaurant designed locally by HDD Interiors. Artica had worked on the construction details and executed the project in line with the requirements of the client. The overall project was delivered with the exceptional quality material finishes blending seamless between soft and hard finishing resulting in a masterpiece hideout for a quality time out.

Artica Interiors was appointed to fully refurbish Mark Inn hotel which included the hotel facade, all the rooms and public areas. Public areas such as the reception and restaurants were upgraded and kept in line with the overall hotel look, creating a warm atmosphere and using desert tone colours.

Before the refurbishment, the hotel had only a one room category. However, in order to cater to various guest and budgets, we came up with the concept of a four suite configuration.

Furthermore, great emphasis were put on space planning in order to achieve the most functional and feasible solution which would enhance the overall hotels operations.
